Does James read his e-mail?
Not always. My web site administrator reads the email regarding web site technical support questions. If there is a business related email or other email that needs my attention, my web site administrator forwards that to my office.
I sent you an e-mail and have not received an answer.
To help keep the volume of email we receive at a minimum and allow us to reply to them in a timely manner, answers to the most frequently asked email questions are posted here on the FAQ page. If you submit a question to my Web Site Administrator or to myself that is addressed on this page, you will not receive a reply.
Is there postal mailing address for James?
Due to the overwhelming amount of postal mail received by James Van Praagh's office, as of August 2007 all correspondence for James will only be accepted or answered via email. Before sending an email, please review the information on this FAQ page to see if your inquiry is addressed. This will help to keep down the volume of emails received and allow us to reply in a timely manner.
