How do I order products through this web site?

You may order autographed books, meditation CDs and tapes, my online courses, event tickets, and DVDs/Videos automatically through the secure server on my Store page on the web site by using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Just follow the simple shopping cart form in the Store area.

What company name will appear on my credit card statement?
Spiritual Horizons, Inc. will appear on your credit card statement for all purchases.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final on products purchased on the www.vanpraagh.com Store page. Refunds are not available on tickets for events hosted by James Van Praagh purchased on the Store page due to the low attendance size

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item you may contact the Order Department at storeorders@vanpraagh.com and we will contact you with instructions for replacement.

May I make orders by mail or fax?
At this time all www.vanpraagh.com Store products are available only through our secure online Store. If you have a question or need special assistance with a purchase, please contact our Order Department at storeorders@vanpraagh.com.
I have not received the products I ordered yet. Who do I contact?
