Retreat Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below is our tiered refund policy for retreat reservations:
- 30 Days or More Before the Retreat: Full refund of the reservation fee.
- 8–29 Days Before the Retreat: 50% refund of the reservation fee.
- 7 Days or Less Before the Retreat: No refund.
Note: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@vanpraagh.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
