All week I’ve been replaying 2021 in my mind, with the intent of sharing the events and accomplishments of the year with all of you in a grand recap. But guess what? The past year was pretty quiet. Good, satisfying, and productive – yes. Action packed and extraordinary – well, yes and no.
How would I describe my own activities over the past year? Words like nurturing, cultivating, and incubating come to mind. I spent a good amount of time working closely with my students – launching new sessions of Mediumship Level 1, 2, and 3 and taking the time to get to know the talented mediums who participated. I hope that our extra time together helped them gain confidence and inspired them to share their gifts with the world. As for me, working with them gave me lots of ideas about how to make the JVP School of Mystical Arts an even more enlightening experience.
I also hosted several mediumship demonstrations over Zoom. I have to say, I love online events. I don’t know if it’s because everyone (including me) is more comfortable when they’re at home, but whatever the reason, the readings were wonderfully detailed and accurate. I felt like a lot of healing took place, and it inspired me to hold more of these events in the future.
What’s in Store for the JVP Community in 2022?
We sometimes put a lot of pressure on ourselves to push, push, push forward. But time isn’t wasted when you’re truly present for others – and yourself. That quality time I spent with my students, coupled with time spent meditating and focusing on quiet, soul nourishing pursuits was precious. I’m ready to soar in 2022 – and I plan to take the whole JVP community along for the ride.
As I look back, I’m grateful for having this time to renew. And I’m ready to take what I’ve learned and apply it to the new year.
An updated online experience
Drumroll, please! Things will look and feel a little bit different when you log onto the Vanpraagh.com and JVPSchoolofmysticalarts.com sites in February 2022. We’re making big changes to the websites, so my community will have an easier time accessing coursework, signing up for events, and connecting with one another.
Regular online events
You may have some unfinished business to settle with a loved one on the other side, or you could be facing a challenge and need some guidance. Maybe you just want to deepen your own connection to Spirit. Either way, you’re going to want to attend these events regularly – and because you can tune in from anywhere, you won’t have to miss a single one.
A brand-new series of life-changing webinars
I’ve been dreaming of creating a new series of webinars that give you the tools to live your very best life. Over the course of the year, we’ll take a deep dive into topics like manifestation, karma, love, intuition, and many more – all with the intention of helping you realize your dreams and fulfill your soul destiny!
A new course for the animal lovers in my community (there are a lot of you)
Pets are a gift that enrich our lives and provide unconditional love. I’m planning an advanced course to provide you with the tools to communicate with the animals in your life so you can give them the understanding and care they crave!
These are just a few of the things I have planned! You’ll have lots of opportunities to share your requests and ideas with me on social media and during my live office hour calls.
