Retreat Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our tiered refund policy for retreat reservations:

  • 30 Days or More Before the Retreat: Full refund of the reservation fee.
  • 8–29 Days Before the Retreat: 50% refund of the reservation fee.
  • 7 Days or Less Before the Retreat: No refund, but your reservation can be transferred to another attendee.

Note: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@vanpraagh.com. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
