Life often seems like a series of ups and downs, highs and lows, peaks, and valleys. If we don’t know how to navigate the road correctly, we may end up in a dark space paralyzed in mind of fear, self-doubt and self-criticism and begin to view the world through a distorted lens. Each day, the Universe supplies us with incredible opportunities, challenges, and tests, for us to understand faith and courage in beginning our next step on our earthly voyage.
Of course, we can apply this to many aspects of daily life, but I find it quite relative when assisting people in opening up to their sensitive soul gifts, such as intuition and mediumship. When working with people who want to develop their abilities, it seems they are always second guessing themselves to do more.
If you are one of those people, please take a minute and ask yourself if any of these situations sound familiar:
- You feel a connection to Spirit, maybe receive signs and insights that you can’t really explain, but you pass it off as a coincidence or wishful thinking.
- Maybe you know you have the gift of mediumship but are afraid to tell anyone – much less share a Spirit message with them.
- Even if you are comfortable sharing messages with a few trusted friends, you hesitate to demonstrate your gift to a wider audience.
- You dream of being on stage or online, sharing your gift with the world, but you can’t summon up the courage to take the plunge and pursue a career in mediumship.
I KNOW you have what it takes…
If being a professional medium is your dream, what’s holding YOU back from taking that next important step? Do you realize that bringing a message of life after death can change not only one person’s life, but all those that person interacts with? There is a sort of rippling affect, and all are touched.
Have you ever looked at someone who is doing what you wish you could do, and wondered how they got there?
They probably had the same fears as you do when they were starting out. But something helped them to push through. Success isn’t just about having a natural gift – it requires courage and confidence.
You don’t have to do this alone. Courage comes from within, but confidence can be developed through practice, training, and having a mentor who can help and encourage you.
Make steady progress to build confidence and move closer to your dream. If you’re like most people, if you commit yourself and do the work, success will happen gradually- but steadily. It’s like yoga or any kind of exercise. You practice regularly, work with a teacher to develop your skills, and push to do a little more every day. Before you know it, you’re able to hold the challenging balance pose that seemed impossible just a few months ago, or you are hosting a small mediumship event and looking forward to your next one!
I’m grateful every day to be able to spend my life doing work that fulfills me at the deepest possible level. If you’re called to be a medium, I want you to experience the same joy and sense of divine purpose.
If you are ready to take the next step on your mediumship journey, I invite you to join me and a small group of students for the 2022 Session of Mediumship Level I, where you’ll learn techniques to help you gain confidence, clarity and power as a medium. The new session begins in just a few weeks, and you can learn more by checking out the Mediumship Level 1 course page at the JVP School of Mystical Arts.
If you like what you see, don’t overthink it!
One more thing…
If you’re called to the mystical arts, congratulations! The world needs you – now more than ever. I leave you with these words. I KNOW you can do this. Trust your gut, have faith
