When your smart phone is acting crazy and you feel like you hit a roadblock with just about every step you take, you might want to check and see if Mercury is in retrograde. But, I have to warn you, Mercury isn’t the only planet shaking things up right now. Pluto, Saturn and Mercury all are retrograde. Joining the retrograde party soon will be Jupiter on June 20 and Neptune on June 25! Mercury goes direct on June 22, but Pluto, Saturn and Jupiter will remain in retrograde until October and Neptune will remain retrograde until December.
By definition, a planet is considered to be retrograde when it is moving backward in the sky. Astrologically, we experience at least one planet in retrograde about 80% of the time, and understanding the impact of each retrograde planet can help you avoid chaos and experience positive change.

This is very helpful when you’re ready to make a new start.

My friend Kellee White shared the astrological observations in this blog with me, and as usual, I was fascinated by her insights. Kellee is a licensed psychotherapist who is also a medium, astrologist, and numerologist. She uses every one of these skills in her practice, and can help clients more quickly and effectively when she uses what she calls “different lenses” to understand what they are experiencing. I always encourage my students at the JVP School of Mystical Arts to use their spiritual gifts of intuition, mediumship, and healing in their everyday life. Anyone from a salesperson to a masseuse, a counselor to a nurse can do better when they are able to tap into the energy of the people they’re working with.
